Letter to Minister Alexander re: Bill C-24

The members of the National Association of Japanese Canadians are concerned about Bill C-24, the Strengthening Canadian Citizenship Act (SCCA), which has currently reached Second reading.
We believe that the proposed changes will create unfair barriers to citizenship and limit the rights of citizens.
